Hello All,

I finally started exercising a little this weekend (just a 20 min slow walk each day). I'm excited to be able to do at least that for now. I was very busy this weekend, so I feel like I didn't have a weekend at all. Weird feeling for sure. Anyway, I'm ready for this week, and I'm ready to win this challenge!!
