  • My weight loss goal is to loss 10 lbs. I'm at 222 lbs now and wish to be below 212. I'm hoping to do it!
  • Starting July at 198, hoping to get 191, which will be my lowest weight since my weight loss journey began.(I've gotten down to 192 before) 7 pounds!!!! Let's GO!!

  • 3kg/7lb! I'm just starting out really so hoping to kick up the pace a bit and start losing!
  • I would love to get down to 148lbs by end of July (8lbs to lose). This will move me from obese to overweight BMI.

    Start Weight (1st Jul) = 156lbs
    End weight (31st Jul) = 154lbs
  • I'm going to aim for a 9 lb loss in July, taking me from 164 to 155. A 9 lb loss is an average loss of 2 lbs per week, which is a stretch at my age. But, if I want to shoot high, I must first aim high.

  • I'm in. I weighed in at 230.2 Saturday for the end of the June challenge I was in, then 234.4 this a.m. but yesterday was a veritable carb fest so theres that. I will change my start weight on the 1st if theres a significant change from Saturdays weight. I've been averaging 1.5 lbs a month so I'm going to keep it real and aim for 5 lbs or anythin over 2 at the very least.

    I failed to meet my June goal, so I will try again in July.

    I want to get down to 126 pounds, which means losing 3 pounds.

    I remember when I could drop 3 pounds in a weekend, in my younger days, 35 years ago <sigh>

  • I'm going to stick with 10 pounds for my monthly goal even though I didn't meet June's 10 pound goal, I'm hoping things will pick up again in July
