Anyone else in the situation of working all night then having to muddle thru the day? I am so crazy tired, but too gittery to nap that I end up medicating with sugar to get thru the day. Makes me feel terrible yet despite "planning" to not feed the fatigue, it invariably happens anyway. Anyone else dealing with this? Any successes?
