  • Don't worry Kate. We'll lose again soon. I had my weekly gain today of 1.4lbs. That sucker just kicked me out of ONE-derland. Argh.

  • Sue - I'm sorry you are feeling down today. I hope you feel better soon. I know it's very discouraging to see the scale move in the wrong direction, but think of all the progress you've made. You have already lost 50 pounds, and that is a great accomplishment!!! {{{HUGS}}}
  • Sue I hope the whoosh fairy visits you tomorrow. I know all too well how you are feeling today (minus the broken car problem - sorry about that). I have had a really down week. Felt like all my hard work last week was for nothing.

    But its time to look up and be positive. Tomorrow is the day Sue!!

  • Thanks Kate. And, Sue sorry to hear about your car. On your gain, I feel for you. I am up one pound today after a big restaurant meal out last night. I need to focus again today at the weekend to get back under 2.

    Pretty Mom, Kate and Ian... Thank you for your sweetness and encouragement. I am taking it to heart and getting back on the wagon.... Gnash my teeth... These last 3 days have just added 3 more days until I get to my goal ARGGHHHHH Oh well.. I will get in the saddle and start riding again! NOTHING but positive reports from now on! Tho it might be because I am walking 12 miles to work every day LOLOLOLOL
