do not feel bad about your health problems. I am a former 6 or 7 cigs a day smoker/heavy drinker and I have let my weight go as well. However I am getting back in shape. I just got through doing a tae bo session, and am out of breath as I write this, but I want YOU to know that YOU can lose weight.
Everything is going to work out just fine. Now have you thought about Gastric surgery? You may be covered under your husband's insurance. This may help, but its not necessary.
Are you working with a laptop or a desktop?
I only ask this, because you may want to set mini fit goals, and a good way to do that is start a diary or online blog and log your daily activity.
Also you can use Youtube. Try this:
Find 2 or 3 videos of your favorite singers and do weightless arm curls while you watch them...for 10 days. You will at least get 3 to 5 minutes of working out per day.
Once you do that increase a bit.
