Of course everybody's different, but I notice most people will notice something in about 2-3 weeks.

I agree with most of the numbers above ... when you lose 10% of your total body weight, it's noticeable ... both in your blood work numbers and what people see.
If you are 200 lbs, people notice 20 ..... if you are 300 lbs, people notice 30.
People often see the early fat loss in your face!
