One Reason to Stay On Plan~June

  • Yay for being June! A lot of awesome things are happening this month and throughout the rest of the year, plenty of reasons to stay on plan!

    So let's keep going, what is one reason you are staying on plan today?


    My reason for staying on plan today is because my husband and I have a ball to go to, as well as a get together with his company, my birthday, and the Summer Solstice are all of my reasons haha!
  • My reason is that I WILL get out of the 240's once and for all.
  • My reason is because i am determined to get out of the 200's altogether this month. Just 11 lbs until i hit wonderland.
  • Staying on plan as June will be my first month trying fertility drugs. I only have until September to get pregnant and I'm so nervous. Conceiving at the lowest weight possible will be the best thing for me and hopefully my baby.

    I'm prioritising making healthy decisions today because I want to actually lose some weight this month Last month was awesome for other reasons and I love that I can just "do" maintenance, but I'm sure I have enough maintenance practice under my belt now! I can always maintain again in July if I want/need another mental break, but this month I'm ready to get stuck in!

    Staying on plan today as the fertility drugs came today by overnight mail...it's surreal to think it's almost time to use them. Feeling so very optimistic and excited even though I'm so nervous. Staying on plan is the best thing to do right now, praying to be a healthy mom with a healthy baby!
  • Because even though I forgot to bring in the ice cream treats today to give them away at work, I am not going to eat any of them tonight.

    (I don't know if that makes sense, but it's my issue of the day)
  • Because the scale is back on track and going downwards. I'm determined to get out of the 240's this month.
  • I will stay on track because even though the scale is not moving I know it eventually will if I keep doing my part. (This has happened before).
    Plus I am roughly 5-6 pounds from one-der-land and would love to be there before month end.

  • I will stay on track today because i've been feeling really attractive lately and i know that once i reach goal, I'll feel even more attractive then i do now !

  • Because I've made too much progress with my bood sugar and cholesterol to let it fall apart.
  • Because I turn 30 next month and I'm not where I thought I'd be.
