For the past week every time I open the Bible ...seems it always goes to Guard your heart...since I have high Cholesterol figured Jesus is telling me something and I need to listen and especially since my Mother died at 62 with a heart attack. Here I am 60.

I was wondering if anyone is on the Sonoma Diet and the Mediterranean Diet in the faith group? There is a place on here but does not seem like much posting in being there for one another and really don't know if they would accept me.

I don't know about the Sonoma diet but I am sure they would accept you. Why not give them a try ? They don't seem too active. Just a suggestion IM some of the most recent Sonoma Dieters, see if you can get it revived again. I have a hunch they are just posting in other forums. Good luck.

They are not active. Found a couple diet groups on Facebook have joined them.
