On Plan Thread May 20 -26

  • Here it is... the place to post your on plan menus for the week.
  • Wow, I have been really bad at posting my menu for the last couple of weeks... and that has got to change as of now! I always do consistantly better when I post so here I am (note: I did have a handful of peanutbutter m&ms on the holiday monday... which made me notice my absence from the boards)

    Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

    Greek Yogurt w/ 1/2 banana & a few crushed peanuts

    Glass of skim milk & Carrot sticks w/ ranch

    Salad w/ romaine, Green Pepper, Cucumber, Red onion & Renees Garlic Lovers Dressing
    Pudding

    Cheese String

    Meatballs (homemade, no breadcrumbs) nsa marinara & Fresh Parm
    Green Beans w/ garlic
    Brocolli
    Glass of Skim Milk

    Celery w/ PB (when munchie later)
  • Appearently I am not the only one who has been lax with posting their menus, still I always do better when I do so here you go:
    PH 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

    Day off today, so I slept in.... therefore no 'real' breakfast

    Greek Yogurt w/ vanilla

    Cheese String
    Celery w/ pb

    Small Sirloin Steak
    Mock Cauliflower Potato Salad
    Cucumber & Tomato Salad w/ balsamic vinegarette
    Glass of skim Milk

    Glass of Red Wine
    Assorted veggies w/ ranch

    Omlette w/ 2 eggs, ham slics & diced green pepper
    Pudding

    Taco Salad:
    Seasoned lean Ground beef, Dices tomatoes, Sliced Jalapenos, Romaine Lettuce, RF Cheddar, Salsa (homemade) and a drizzle of ranch
    Glass of skim milk

    Cucumbers w/ rf herb and garlic cream cheese (when munchie later)
