  • Tuesday, May 14th:

    Again, nothing. I felt worse on Tuesday than on Monday: Exhausted, chapped nose and upper lip, slack-jawed & mouth-breathing, with burning sinuses and a pounding headache behind my eyes.

    When I thought of my usual Tuesday exercise session, which lasts more than two hours, I felt like that was accomplished by another person entirely, certainly not by me.

    -20 min HIIT intervals, treadmill, 9.6 and 4.2 mph intervals. 2.19 miles
  • May 15: 2 mile walk for mental health awareness - rally/walk
    60 minutes weight lifting - KILLED my legs
  • CherryPie, that wasn't related to OMH's visit to the St Lawrence Psych Center was it? My BF was up there for work today!

    May 15 PM:
    -5K run in 26:55, which I think might be my best time yet
    -DB and barbell shoulder press, lying triceps extensions, lat pulldown, Roman chair leg lifts
    -1 hour yoga class at the Y...interesting.

    Still no visit to the gym because of chest congestion.

    I'm going to try for a gradual re-entry with my Thursday night class, which is mat Pilates.

    I am not dealing well with three days off.
