    4/5: Just started, SlimQuick + diet + exercise... Weighed in this morning at 151.2! Down 1.4. Not a bad start! I think a lot of this is water weight coming off from retention because I never drank water (ever) and drank all sodas, but hey, I'm not going to complain about a happy change in numbers!

    I know I missed a few days! :P I was weighing myself at home but forgot to check in here, plus I gained and it was Aunt Flo visiting so I didn't want to bum myself out by posting the gains.

  • Ok slinking back... again. But this time I'm committed I just ran into an old friend from when I was 18 and turning 19 who sent me a bunch of pics and man did I have an awesome bod (and I thought I was fat then- silly me). I have time where I can get back to that weight or under if I take it seriously on the 10 year anniversary of those pics. Totally motivating to me. Daily weighing and accountability it is for real now... (I can totally lose 30 lbs by November)
