Week Four:
4/22: 175 (I knew 174 couldn't stick)

4/24: 175 (went out for Mexican last night--hoping its the salt.)
4:25: 173.4 (woohoo! The Mexican food bloat is gone!)
4/26: 174 (every time I go down one day, I go back up the next--ugh!)
4/27: 174 (I want to at least hit 8 pounds for this challenge--come on scale!)
4/28: 172.8 (I tried Ian's beer theory last night with way too many Southern Tier IPAs-- it worked

4/29: 173.4 (I guess the beer only worked for one day!)
4:30: 174.4 (Argh! I'm going in the wrong direction!! Maybe my TOW?)

I lost 7.6 pounds this month, which, while not 10, is fantastic for me. I'll take it and hope I can lose as much next month! Have I mentioned how much I love these challenges and the support and accountability they provide?? You all have become an integral part of my weight loss journey
