  • The scale is looking pretty bad tonight (I know I shouldn't do it now). So if I get a loss tomorrow it will be a miracle. Don't know why things are looking this way, could be the gym, could be last night.

    10 lbs in a month is WONDERFUL... even with my 10 day 1 lb stall Yipee

    4/11: 177.8 (I am really hoping this is the end of my mini plateau)

    4/14: 177.2 (I really hope this sticks!)
    Week Three:
    4/15: 178 (ugh)
    4/16: 177.4
    4/17: 177.2 (glacial speed)
    4/18: 176.2 ( this is where i stalled exactly a year ago-- not going to happen again!)
    4/19: 176.0
    4/20: 175 (I'm finally having a little whoosh!)
    4/21: 174 (I'm so not used to this whoosh thing! I never lose like this--I hope it stays off!
    Week Four:
    4/22: 175 (I knew 174 couldn't stick)
    4/23: 174.2
    4/24: 175 (went out for Mexican last night--hoping its the salt.)
    4:25: 173.4 (woohoo! The Mexican food bloat is gone!)
    4/26: 174 (every time I go down one day, I go back up the next--ugh!)
    4/27: 174 (I want to at least hit 8 pounds for this challenge--come on scale!)
    4/28: 172.8 (I tried Ian's beer theory last night with way too many Southern Tier IPAs-- it worked!
    4/29: 173.4 (I guess the beer only worked for one day!)
    4:30: 174.4 (Argh! I'm going in the wrong direction!! Maybe my TOW?)

    May 1: 173.4

    I lost 7.6 pounds this month, which, while not 10, is fantastic for me. I'll take it and hope I can lose as much next month! Have I mentioned how much I love these challenges and the support and accountability they provide?? You all have become an integral part of my weight loss journey
  • Okay I'm still a little bloated so I'm just gonna call it. 9 pounds! SO CLOSE! I started late too. (I've only been dieting 3 weeks). Oh well lol ON TO JUNE! I think I have lost the 10 but hey the bloating says otherwise (That diuretic I mentioned takes a while to work).

    I did finally break through 166 barrier this am- 165.6! Honestly, I'm just so happy to see 165 right now after having seen 166+ for 4 weeks straight.

  • Well I gained 2 lbs since my Saturday weigh in. I can't say that I don't know why, I've been indulging a little too much lately. However, that still puts me under my goal weight by 0.8. Giving me a total loss of 10.8lbs for the month of April

    Wannaskipandlaugh, way to go on making that goal!
