Hello everybody I'm new to this it took me forever to learn how to post but nevertheless I am here and will enjoy having the support of everybody while we're on this journey of losing weight and getting healthy.

WELCOME!!! I joined a long time ago, lost weight, then had a lot of things going on in my life. Gained all of the weight that I had lost. Now I'm back. I don't post much, but lurk all of the time. Love seeing others comments. Come on in and join the crowd.
