2013 March PCOS Exercise

    Since I actually have MINUTES this time? I'm soooo plonking them down, dude.

    3 hours. Actually measured and pedometered. Still not the level I want but better than being a ghost here!

    My kid and I are signing up to do PALA. Hopefully she will help me stay on the ball there.

  • I've got a few minutes for the pot. My Sunday walks are 45 minutes long and I have another 20 minute walk I had logged on Saturday.

    I bought new shoes on the weekend so my feet are happy. I had to get men's shoes though--my feet have gotten so wide!!!

  • I was doing many things yesterday clearing out and cleaning storage stuff and not "formal" exercise I could measure in minutes. So I'm adding steps then for those who do pedometer sometimes like me.
