I finally saw 165.4! So happy! I took a break from working out for about a week now. I did not continue with the lifting (to answer your question,
Ophelia ), it totally wiped me out. I had an old routine on paper along with the dumbbells but somehow they got lost in the move and I did not save it on the computer, grr!! So I compiled a new beginners' routine and it was way too much for me, lol. I was/am still in dart league and didn't want to be too sore to play (2 more games then I'm done!) At least that was/is my excuse for not keeping up with lifting, lol.
However, I will be restarting the 30 Day Shred (after a year) for sure tonight with 3lbers to start with and keeping up with the 30-60 min on the elliptical trainer. Wish me luck with 30DS, ahh.
