Lastnight I tried my 1st fairly intense workout. I was walking up and down one step. Within 5-10 min I had to stop. The arch of my foot was in serious pain. I felt like I was about to get a severe foot cramp. I get this feeling while walking distance as well but not as bad as this time. No matter what shoes I am wearing or if I am barefoot, it is still there.
I fell like it is crippling me. I wanted to push through a good workout but I couldn't get past the pain.
Any suggestions?
