4month SuMMER weight Loss Challenge

  • I have gained all the weight I lost plus gained more and have gotten all the way back up to the highest weight I have ever been... I am ready to loose this weight I have gained back.. I am not going to be down on myself I am going to fight to gain my life back.

    So here is goes. The challenge is 4 months. I don't want to be all about the scale but we will be doing a BL type challenge where whoever has the highest % weight loss. Also I would like to see and hear about the small and big non scale victories.

  • I would like to join also. I have been stuck between the 30's & 40's for months; it's time for me to make goal. I joined the gym and I'm going to put in an hour a day 6 days a week. I hope to be at goal by the end of this challenge. It's going to be hard and a lot of work, but I'm going to make it. Hopefully we can keep each other motivated.

  • Count me in too! Not sure yet what my goal is going to be, I'll have to think about what's reasonable but would push me to stay on track.
    I am 30 years old, female, work full time as a nurse, and calorie counting is what I find easiest to follow.

  • I'm aiming to lose 30 pounds which will put me at my lowest weight since I was 12. I have been slacking in the exercise department and I want to tone my arms and legs up nicely so I'll be going to the gym 3 times a week minimum. Good luck to you all!

  • I love this and am in. I am hoping to be at my 'new' goal weight in 4 months. I originally didn't think I could or wanted to get lower than 170 but I'm only 17 pounds from that and I'm pretty sure I could/should lose more than that.
