  • Dear All, Inspired by another post I am setting a goal for myself to lose 15 pounds by April 15!! please come and join for support.
  • Started my workout today!! Feeling good!
    Current Weight - 172 lbs
    Goal weight - 157 lbs
  • I am game! Although I seem to lose slower.

  • April 15th is my birthday, and based on my weight today, 15 lbs would take me into the 2-teens. I'm not positive I'll be able to make it but that sure would be a fantastic birthday present to myself!!
