I don't see anything that says you can't have them but right next to them on the shelf, you should find a carton of plain egg whites. They'd be a LOT less processed. Just look at the difference in ingredients on the labels.

    I dunno why I thought EggBeaters would be okay. I should have asked before I bought them. And WHY didn't I see the plain egg white right next to them.
