My husband has been on Medifast since the first few days of January. Almost every night after the lean and green meal he gets diarrhea. Is that common? Why does it happen? Should he take a soluble fiber supplement?

I had to stop medifast as I kept getting stomach pains and diarrhea. I don't know what it is other than perhaps the huge amount of soy in their products.
