  • Here are the videos so far. I'll do my best to update this thread daily, but sounds like others are receiving these as well, so please feel free to post the day's link if I haven't had a chance.

    Was also thinking - maybe we could try and keep this thread with mostly just links and any documents or specific tips that relate to the videos, and then if someone wants to begin a discussion about one of the videos in particular we could start a separate thread "Discussion on IP Video - Ketosis" for example. Just a thought!

  • I found the following videos by just trying different numbers at the end of the web address. Just put the number of the video at the end of this web address in place of the # sign - http://idealcoaching.tv/wp/archives/#. Since I didn't have time to try over 2,000 different numbers, I am sure there are many more I missed. Also, I didn't capture the full video titles, but I've named each one with a short description.

    This is AWESOME! Thanks so much. I dont want to buy this when my month is over and my coach wants to sell it to me.

    Funny thing, today's video actually mentioned 3 fat chicks on a diet as a great website to go to for IP recipes.. I thouht that was cool. I believe the number is 649 if you want to look at it

    Thanks for posting these. It's kinda funny that on the last one they put up the bottle of wine because that is what I'm missing.
