Hi all,
Back again...after gaining 10 lbs Starting out on Phase 1 and remember the stress of eating eggs every day last time around.
I found a recipe that seems like it would be OK but I really like it so I'm afraid something might be wrong with it
1/4 c cottage cheese, 1/4 plain greek yogurt and 1/4 - 1/2 t of Jello sugar free (any flavor) - I added some almonds to it
Is there any problem with this? It beats eggs and is easy and tastes pretty much like a filling fruit yogurt without the actual fruit.
Just want to make sure before I started!
