  • Okay Time to start anew.. GOAL 6000 steps a day! Minimum

    Day 1 6/17 6348 I made my 6000+ steps
    Day 2 6/18 8151 steps... Oh doing 6000 is gonna be kinda hard... I can't just do the last 1000 steps now around the inside of my house during the commercials... I am gonna have to walk outside... oh boy...
    Day 3 6/19 5247 Did Not Make It... 1st SKIP

    6/6 day 3 - no check had a diet pepsi.. but at least it was diet will not do it again! ( i hope )

    well I am done my 21 days..

    my next goal will be.. no fried food for 21 days.. i am thinking maybe 3 skip days so we will see

    Had to start over as I did not move for days..... I did not feel like being healthy and felt really sorry for myself... So starting over and that is cool.

    Ajlee... No fried foods. That is a good one! Does that mean breaded only? Can you have eggs from the pan?

  • I like the way you ladies are tracking yourselves on this thread. I'm going to decide on some goals today, and join in and monitor the way you all monitor them with the check days.
  • haven't been doing well at all.. so starting over..
    no fried food.

    that means like fried in oil (chicken, fries, etc.)
    eggs are okay cause i use pam to cook eggs

    Ajlee... LOL I was curious as to the "fried" foods Good FOR YOU! I know sometimes.. you just have to start over... MINDset is ready again! I know what you mean!!

  • I'm baaaaaa---aaack!

    For 21 days I will:
    - exercise!!! I finally have my eating in control( for now)
    I have 3 pauses since I never know what work will bring- and this cycle I am not giving it a time limit- I need to make a conscious effort do something active everyday. Baby steps
