    "Pasta Salad" (Rotini and cucumbers with Walden Farms Italian dressing)

    Snack:
    Dark Chocolate pudding

    Dinner:
    Chicken with salad and stewed rhubarb
  • Post-exercise: Syntrax Nectar Caribbean Cooler drink

    Breakfast: Balanced Protein veggie omelet with 1 cup green peppers and 1 tbsp veggie shreds, coffee w/2 oz Pure Protein vanilla RTD

    Lunch: Balanced Protein vegetarian joe with 1 cup chopped red bell peppers

    Dinner: chicken with 2 cups roasted cauliflower

    Snack: Peppermint Mocha (coffee w/ Cocomint Creme packet)
  • Breakfast--protidiet maple oatmeal, coffee with 2oz pure protein rtd
    Snack--egg
    Lunch--salad with 1 cup veggies and 2oz tuna, chocolate marshmallow pudding
    Snack--1 cup jicama
    Dinner--zucchini spaghetti

    Breakfast: 2 egg whites, coffee with 2 Splenda

    Snack: apple cinnamon soy puffs, coffee with 2 Splenda

    Lunch: salad with 1/2 cup of mixed veggies, wf creamy Italian dressing

    Snack: chicken soup "baked potato" aka turnip with I can't believe it's not butter spray with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper

    Dinner: grilled boneless pork chop and 2 c cooked cabbage

    Snack: chocolate rtd shake

    Lunch: Most likely nothing, maybe Zucchini bread

    Dinner: Not sure, most likely pizza hot dish or a salad (romane lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, carrots, vinaigrette dressing, and sunflower seeds)

    Are you on IP? Just curious if you are on it what phase? Because I love mango, feta, pizza... I'm on Phase 1, so obviously can't have any of that right now.

    I'm pretty certain that poster is NOT on IP. The pizza alone is not ok even in maintenance (mixing fats and carbs) except on fun days.

    Confession - I totally blew it today - calling it a Fun Day and P1ing tomorrow. Kind of looking forward to getting back to work on Wed and back to the routine!!!
