My name is Jane and i am disabled. I have for many years been suffering with my weight because im not that able to move around much. In the 90's i went on a diet called Slimming Magazine Flexi diet, i lost 4 stone on that and i have been wanting to try again.
Please can any tell me where i can find a copy, i will pay for the postage, i would do anything to get a copy.
