    Breakfast:
    "Chocolate Covered Banana" Smoothie (banana pudding blended into a smoothie with Walden Farms chocolate syrup)

    Lunch:
    Peanut Crunch Bar
    Roasted Asparagus

    Snack:
    Raspberry Jello

    Dinner:
    Pork Tenderloin with mushrooms and sauerkraut
  • B: IP maple oatmeal, coffee
    L: 2 eggs benedict (without the benedict) - just plain poached, sauteed mushrooms
    D: will be at MIL's house - they are having honey ham, ravioli with sauce, garlic bread and I will be having IP rotini and 6 ounces of ground chicken breast sauteed with sauce and salad. No cookies, pie or dessert

    Lunch: raspberry jello
    salad with cucumbers, radishes, red peppers, WF dressing

    Dinner: filet, steamed broccoli, salad with WF dressing

    Snack: Tazo chai tea with RTD chocolate drink (tastes like a treat!)

    So glad that IP kills the cravings for carbs because they will be all around me today, but I am confident that I will be able to be OP. Merry Christmas, everyone.
  • Today started off a little rough...I will spare you the details but a lot of sugar was involved. Back to the plan - starting tomorrow it will be my "real week," as since I am just starting, and trying to find out my weak spots and temptations, I anticipated it being a little tough. But for the rest of the day...

    B: Crispy Cereal, with maple extract and cinnamon; coffee with stevia and ready to go vanilla IP drink.

    L: Salad galore, cucumber salad, and chicken noodle soup

    S: Bell pepper

    D: Salad, broccoli, crab legs, steak

    S: butterscotch pudding
  • Layover in ATL
    B up Dk choc pudding w spinach coffee, coffee ice cubes
    L IP orange drink, Cesar salad w no croutons, dressing on side
    1 tsp dressing ( in airport)
    D TVA- meat & veggies
    S IP piña colada (1st nite in FL)
  • B Waffles lots of butter.
    Snack Choc chip cookies/almond flour/low carb
    Snack Cheese
    L Left over roast chicken, salad, chocolate
    Snack more chocolate :-)
    D Asian style stir fry duck and zero carb noodles, low carb cheesecake.
  • B: Egg beater omelet with onions and peppers; coffee w/ WF chocolate
    L: Salad and IP brocolli & cheese soup w/ added brocolli
    S: EAS Advantage drink
    D: Hamburger w/ WF spicy BBQ sauce; salad w/ cukes, celery, onions, lettuce

    May end up having another IP snack today as well. I've been hungrier than normal all day.
  • B: Balanced Protein veggie omelet w/1 cup sauteed spinach and 1 Tbsp Veggie Shreds cheddar cheese, coffee w/2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

    L: Holiday dinner at my MIL's, I brought my own veggies just to be on the safe side I switched lunch with dinner so I could eat with everyone.
    Roast Turkey, 2C roasted rutabaga, 1/2 C green beans

    S: 1/2 C pickles

    D: Balanced Protein Vegetarian Joe w/ 1 cup chopped red bell pepper

    S: Peppermint mocha (coffee mixed with Balanced Protein Cocomint Creme mix)
