  • This is a good challenge for me, because February 17th in my birthday and will also mark one year of me being on plan.

    My New Year's Resolution: To be maintaining at my goal weight of between 135-140 lbs

    From New's Years to Valentine's Day, my resolution is to lose 10 lbs, making it an even 100 lbs lost!

    SW: 174.4 lbs

    Week one (ends Jan 5th): 170.8 lbs (91.8 lbs lost)
    Week two (ends Jan 12th): 169.0
    Week three (ends Jan 19th): 169.2
    Week four (ends Jan 26th): 169.0
    Week five (ends Feb 2nd): 166.4 (96.2 lbs lost)
    Week six (ends Feb 9th): 163.8
    Week seven (ends Feb 14th): 162.4 (100.2 lbs lost - I did it!!!!)
  • My goal for December 31st, 2013 will be to be at 159lbs.
    My goal for Valentine's Day will be to lose 15lbs.
    Starting weight is 265lbs.

    Happy Valentine's Day! I did not meet my goal of 15 lbs, but I did manage to lose 10.9 lbs! I'll take it! I think this was a very successful challenge for me. Yes, I could have done better, but any loss is a victory and I am just starting my journey. Looking forward to being out of the 220's!
  • New Year's Resolution: To be at my goal weight (currently 175 but may change as I get closer) and still maintaining it by the end of the year.

    From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: to lose 25 lbs (or at least be in the 230's)

  • New Year's Resolution: I want to become a runner in 2013. I started my Couch to 5K program on 1/2/13 and I would like to sign up for a 10k this year.

    From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: to complete my Couch to 5K running program. I love running outside so I hope the weather won't be too miserable.

  • I want to be 15 lbs lighter. I know, its a little high, but pushing myself in 2013..this is going to be my year to lose the weight once and for all!!!

  • Must be a bug going ALLLLL around... I had a stomach bug too... lost 5.5 pounds. Yay for sick??
