  • It sounds like people did really well on this challenge. I only lost 10 lbs--not as much as I hoped for but it's an overall loss at least.

    To the "biggest" losers: What are some of the secrets to your success?

  • Hey guys.. Better late than never. I started to type this a few times today, but kept getting pulled away. I did not make my goal, but I came one pound away so I'm happy with that.

    My goal was to lose 25 pounds. I lost 24. So I went from 310 to 286. I am happy with that... On to the next challenge.. Great job everyone!!
  • Didn't reach my Valentine's goal (I had some plan-compliance issues around my husband's S1 midterms, which I'm sure contributed!) but I still lost 17.2 pounds, so I'm not complaining! On to the next challenge!
  • New Years Resolution: By June 2013 I wanna be at my doctors goal weight for me at 160lbs (might not be final goal). By Dec, 2013 I wanna have maintained my weight of 160?

    From New Years to Valentines Day I wanna break into the 170s

    1/12/13-182

    1/26/13-180
    2/2/13-180
    2/9/13-180 (I am disappointed I didnt make it 2 birthday celebrations for 2 weekends didnt do me any good)

    MOVING ON to the next goal I wanna be 160 by June
    2/16/13-180 (another bad week grrrr I need to kick it back in gear)
