Brain-fogging and flabby skin

  • hello everyone :-)
    I lost 10-13 kgs of weight in 3 months. Basically, i was calorie counting and it was a low -carb diet. Now, though i feel good about myself and am really happy with the weight loss but i have sagging/flabby skin on my thighs. I want to feel young not old . But i feel kinda old
    Second problem is brain fogging. I feel confuse all the time, my mind is always drifting else where. I heard almonds, walnuts etc are good for memory. But i am afraid they will make me gain weight. Anybody help me on this
