20 minutes Stairmaster, the usual, set up at nine resistance
60 minutes back & biceps routine, no lat pulldowns, instead entirely on the Gravitron
40 minutes back Stairmaster, dropping the resistance to eight to make it endurable
The gym now has faux pine wreaths and twinkly lights tacked to the windows, which looks unexpectedly great. Also poinsettia plants on the sills. And a blow-up snowman in the biggest window. I am less in favor of the blow-up snowman.
It has astonished me that there isn't a lot of the post-Thanksgiving crowd yet. People aren't worried enough yet.
