Default Got Braces- Soft food ideas?

So I got my braces on this Wednesday and my mouth is pretty sore (as it will be again every time I get an adjustment for the next year-year and a half). I've broken down and eaten off plan quite a bit this week just looking for food that was soft and easy. I've actually still lost a bit because I'm eating less, but I still need to be eating better. That's where I need your help. I'm struggling to think of soft, healthy foods. I've got a couple ideas, but they'll get boring fast.

This is what I've thought of so far:

Apple sauce
Quinoa vegetable medley
Soup/Chili
Smoothies

Ideas?

My dad had recently a bunch of dental implants (started September 2011 and as far as I know he still is on a soft diet). I know he ate a lot of wraps and pasta, as well as spaghetti squash, in addition to everything you listed. Your mouth will not be sore too long, so by the time you run out of ideas--you'll be fine (I had braces and remember it being fast, but more so my daughter got hers off in June and within 72 hours was ready for steak).

Ah the braces... I remember losing something like 10lbs the first couple weeks I had them on. I remember eating a bunch of soup, yogurt, and pasta.

Just try to get through the first 2 or 3 weeks, then they'll start to feel better and you go back to eating (mostly) what you're used to.

Greek Yogurt! My preference is Fage 0%. You can chop up strawberries (almost minced) and add sweetener to it. This would be a good balance of maintaining your protein.

Campbell's soup at hand is good too, but high is sodium.
