    Sweeteners: No Calorie Brown Sugar Substitute
    Coffee + 4oz Unsweetened Almond Milk + Liquid SweetLeaf Vanilla Creme Stevia
    ^^been waiting on this for 5 months and 2 weeks!

    Lunch@12pm: Out, 8oz protein
    Salmon
    Salad

    Snack@4pm: IP + 2c veggies
    IP Chicken a la King
    Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, & Garlic Soup

    Dinner@8pm: ???

    B: ip maple oatmeal pancake w/1 egg white, 1 c zucchini
    L: IP Mushroom soup w/ puréed veggies
    D: ? Steak & cauliflower mash
    S: pink lemonade
  • Phase 1, Week 12, Day 2:
    Breakfast: Proti-Diet Pancakes, tsp evoo, 1/2 c spinach, cinnamon, benefiber
    Lunch: Proti-Thin Veggie Soup, 1 1/2 c Root Veg Bake (rutabaga, turnip, jicama, w/zucchini & peppers), evoo, benefiber
    Supper: Proti-Diet Pizza/Tomato Sauce kit, 4 oz ham, 4 oz pork roast, 2 c veggies, salad
    Snack: going to try tapioca pudding, using Miracle Rice (hope it's better than Miracle noodles!) in IP Vanilla pudding w/nutmeg
  • Phase 1, 4 packets a day (breastfeeding 1x per day)

    Breakfast:
    chocolate pancake as microwave cake. So good.

    Snack:
    blue-cran granita

    Lunch:
    potatoes pancakes
    (potato puree + grated cauliflower + green onions + 2 egg whites + 1/4 t b.powder)

    Dinner:
    broccoli beef stir fry...or maybe Liz will give me her recipe for fajitas????

    Snack:
    chocolate drink +decaf coffee
  • Phase 1, Week 6, Day 1
    Breakfast: blended coffee/vanilla shake/coconut extract/WF choc syrup
    Lunch: Leek soup with 1 cup bok choy and side of cauli mash
    Dinner: out to dinner, burger bar? Burger with veggies and salad
    Snack: IP rasp jello
  • Phase 1, week 4, day 3
    Breakfast: Proti-Diet Apple cinnamon oatmeal made into "cookies" (they came out more like meringues, going to play with this recipe a bit more!), black coffee

    Lunch: Romaine salad topped with 1 hb egg red bell pepper, cukes, EVOO, lemon juice and salt; IP White Cheddar Ridges

    Dinner: Pork chops with WF Thick & Spicy BBQ sauce, Jicama "applesauce", cauliflower rice.

    Snack: Vanilla pudding shake with 1 tbsp WF strawberry spread
  • Phase 1.
    Breakfast. 2 egg whites, 1/2 tsp olive oil vanilla pudding mix made into pancakes . ED smith pancake syrup 1/2 tbsp
    Lunch. Mock potato salad..will post recipe in receipt section, vanilla shake and Capp mix for an iced coffee
    Snack 1 ... Reserved half of iced coffee
    Supper.....roasted radishes and steak
    Snack 2 ....I never know...I have a lot of variety and will pick something.....I is hot today so maybe a smoothie or iced coffee

    I also have a big jug of water today with lime and blackberries (1/4) floating in it....mmmmmmm

  • I had the veggie chilli instead with a cup of zucchini and mushrooms sauteed in 1/2 tsp grapeseed oil and garlic. It was really good!
  • Phase 1~Week 4~Day 6

    Breakfast:
    IP plain omelett made in to scrambled eggs
    1C thin sliced zucchini sautéed in EVOO s&p

    Lunch:
    IP RTD chocolate shake
    Assorted raw veggies (at the beach)

    Snack:
    IP chocolate shake blended with ice and a tiny bit of mint extract

    Dinner:
    BBQ steak
    Salad? Or cauliflower mash with roasted garlic and spices

    Snack:
    Either a IP blended ice drink OR a restricted!

  • Phase 1-week 2-day 1

    Breakfast:
    Omelet with chopped onions

    Lunch:
    Rasberry bar and steamed broccoli

    Snack:
    Dark Chocolate pudding

    Dinner:
    Grilled Flank Steak with grilled bellpepper and salad
  • Breakfast:
    Hot Chocolate smoothie with ice and WF caramel dip, yum

    Lunch:
    2 cups cucumbers with EVOO, vinegar, sea salt and pepper
    Muffin-cookies made with dark chocolate pudding with WF caramel dip spread on top. It made 12 and I ate 6 each before and after my walk.

    Dinner:
    Broiled cod with lemon and chipolte seasoning and cauli-rice

    Snack:
    Hot Chocolate

    You had the pancakes for breakfast aren't they a restricted? If so then chili and a bar as a snack is 2 more restricted than you should be having

    Breakfast: vanilla pudding with 1 egg white and coffee powder heated up in microwave
    Lunch: 1 egg with 1 egg white omelet, 1/4 c. chopped cooked asparagus, 1 c. mushrooms
    Snack: banana shake
    Dinner: not sure yet! Maybe hamburger patty..big mac salad...that is always a hit!
    7oz beef on a bed of romaine lettuce...1 T relish, 2 T. 1000 island walden farms, 1 T. red onion... soo good...
    Snack: chocolate pudding shake...mmm..craving this tonight.
