    Lunch: Chocolate pudding made as a shake, 2 cups cucumbers

    Snack @ 4pm: Chocolate pudding made as a shake

    Dinner: Pulled Chicken, WF BBQ, 2 cups zucchini

    Breakfast: IP Dark Chocolate Pudding Smoothie w/1.5 c pureed raw spinach, made with cold coffee (half caf) instead of water & coffee ice cubes
    Lunch: IP Mushroom soup w/braised pureed veggies
    Snack: Peach Mango Drink
    Dinner: The last of the pork loin & some chicken, green beans, cole slaw w/ WF dressing

    Lime water & ginger water today!

    Hahaha! I'm actually not... I liked it a lot at first and now I'm not loving it... so I'm trying to get rid of it!

    BF: Cocomint shake, spinach (1c veg), coffee, WF Choc sauce.
    Lunch: Beef and veg soup, roast broccoli, celery and garlic puree (1c veg)
    Dinner: Baked marinated chicken breast, lettuce, cucumber, scallion, tomato, WF honey mustard.
    Snack: Caramel crunch bar??
    Snack: Spinach chips w. chilli seasoning.

    Snack: 1/2 graham bar sent as a sample in my nashua nutrition order, mock wine!!!!

    Breakfast: IP Caramel nut bar, black coffee

    Lunch: IP mushroom soup with added cauliflower puree and sauteed baby bella mushrooms

    Snack: 1 cup jicama tossed with cinnamon and splenda

    Dinner: leftover IP zucchini lasagna

    Snack: Mocha latte (IP chocolate pudding + coffee)

    Lunch: 2 boiled eggs...2 c. lettuce mix, 2t 1000 island walden farms

    Snack: pudding shake

    Dinner: 1/2 caramel nut bar and 1 boiled egg, (was out and getting hungry so I went ahead and ate it!)

    Carl's Jr. Low Carb burger:
    4.5 oz beef hamburger patty, 4 lettuce leaves, 1 slice tomato, mustard, pickles

    Snack: pudding shake

    Lunch: 2 oz tuna mixed with WF chipotle mayo 1 cup cucs and 1 cup baby greens, protidiet cream of chicken soup

    Snack: Protithin bbq soy snacks

    Dinner: 6 oz lean ground beef burger with 2 cup mix of grilled veggies
