Breakfast: Cappuccino shake with 8oz black coffee, 2oz cold water, 1 packet Splenda
Lunch: Chocolate pudding made as a shake, 2 cups cucumbers
Snack @ 4pm: Chocolate pudding made as a shake
Dinner: Pulled Chicken, WF BBQ, 2 cups zucchini
