Phase 1, Week 10, Day 1
Breakfast - Proti-Diet Blueberry Pancakes w/dash of both cinnamon & vanilla
Lunch - Proti-Diet Chicken soup mixed into leftover beef stew (no meat, just veggies & broth left over), and mixed lettuces
Snack - IP Bar
Supper - oops, forgot to get turkey burger out of freezer to thaw, so not sure now. Will have to pick something up at the store on the way home. Using bok choy for my veggie - torn between a couple of different recipes.
