I tried the chocolate pudding today for the first time. I guess I am use to the Swiss Miss I was eating because I was not impressed. I had to put some cinnamon in it (all I had) just to finish it. What do you add to it to pep it up? I also got the banana and dark chocolate ones too.

I make mine into muffins:
2 egg whites
1 splenda
cinnamon
a tad bit of water

it makes 12 mini muffins.

Waffles! So nice and crisp! Google some good recipes and check out the Tips for Newbies thread in the sticky, it is the chockful of pudding ideas.

There's a recipe for it in the archives, um...page 1 of the first group, maybe page 2, but I'm really thinking page 1
