A lot of folks do restricteds from Day 1 with no problem, but others are more sensitive - especially if they have 'higher carb' veggies the same day, so that's another good experiment you are doing. Just posted what I am eating and am mixing up the meats and no solely focusing on chicken. Am going to three shakes a day and cutting out the protein bar for a week or two to see if that has a positive affect. thank you
