So it's a beautiful day here in Saskatoon and, having one of the most beautiful and greenest cities in Canada, my fiance and I spent our entire afternoon walking. We started at 3pm, walked to a cafe for sandwiches and then took a walk along the river and then around our downtown core doing some window shopping. We got home around 7 and I sat down to log our miles. According to google maps, we walked a total of 7.5 miles.
I went to a few online calorie counters to see how much it translates to in burned calories. I was expecting 300 or 400...but most calculators are telling me anything between 750 to 1000!! This can't be right, can it?
