Well, here I am, another newbie come to join the pack. Don't really know what else to add... Er. I've had a weight problem since about the 5th grade. That is my chubbiness started. I was chubby right up until highschool, that's when I started to get "heavy". Then with each year I seemed to steadily gain more and more weight.
So now I am here. 280-ish pounds. Which was a bit of a shocker since my previous high was 275. And I always seemed to fluctuate between 250-275 the past year, so I knew/know I have to get my butt in gear before I end up reaching the 300 mark.
I'm not horribly out of shape, but not exactly in the best shape possible. I was doing Zumba classes once a week, but a non-realted injury kept me out of the gym for a month. My inactivity was probably the reason for my new high.
A new exercise regime and maintaining my healthier eating habits will hopefully help give me a push. Anyways, I hope to meet likeminded buddies and have been reading the board these past few days.
