    I love coming here and reading your daily meals!! I'm not posting mine bcause I'm more less eating what ever I want BUT I'm watching my fat & portion sizes PLUS drinking WATER, WATER, WATER!!!!!

    My goal was to lose 10 lbs. by Easter.........5 down & 5 to
    go!!!!!!!!!

    Food choices for Monday, 3/24

    BREAKFAST: 2 egg, 2 bacon

    LUNCH: Chicken, lettuce, brocolli, celery, sunflower seeds, dressing

    DINNER: Stirfry with olive oil, veggies and chicken

    SNACKS: 1 oz. peanuts, cheese cubes
  • TUESDAY, 3/25

    I stayed the same for yet another week!!!! I have only showed a 3 pound loss since starting this WOE toward the end of February! What am I doing wrong? I measure my portions! ANY helpful hints or suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated!

    Do you girls use soy sauce to season veggies? I do, but only a tablespoon or two, plus I count the carbs. Could this be a problem? (I eat stirfry about 3 times a week)
  • OK, I'm not even going to post my food for this week because I would be too embarrassed. I know that for the most part it will NOT be OP. I have several engagements to attend this week where very yummy, but very not OP food will be served for the meals. I'm just going to do the best I can and get right back in the saddle on Monday. Also, hubby just left for Montanna to visit Ben and I'm having a pity party for myself because I can't go. I've already invited a Kit Kat bar to join me at my party! hehehe

    I am going to drink plenty of extra water to try and flush some of that yucky stuff out. I still planning on making my Easter goal!

    Are you doing any excerise? Please don't give up. Did you measure yourself before you started? Maybe you have lost inches!

    Ramona... KIT KAT!! Isn't that on the Ronald Mcdonald plan too. I'm sure you will snap out of it and be right back OP.

    Tuesday's menu.
    Breakfast....4 slices of bacon...2 fried eggs
    Lunch...Taco salad..yummy!!
    Dinner planned...New York strip steak...1/2 cup broccoli w/ cheese

    Snack....Pure Delite choc bar...only 3 carbs

    OH Yeah.....over 80 oz of water today...Sherry are you proud of me?

  • Okay girls, I'm trying to load up more on the protein...


    BREAKFAST: 2 bacon, 2 egg

    LUNCH: 1 HUGE (8oz) hamburger steak made of x-lean ground beef, 1 cheese slice, mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, then dumped on top of my burger

    DINNER: Eye of round steak (6oz), 1 cup brocolli with mayo

    SNACK: 2 T. cream cheese with 1 cup celery

    Yes, I'm upping my exercise too....

    6 pounds gone, 6 to go, to meet my challenge of 12 pounds gone by Easter!

    B--2 scrambled eggs with bacon
    decaf coffee with 1/2 and 1/2

    L--6 oz. tuna, mayo, romaine, hard boiled egg, string cheese

    D--Salmon w/ tartar sauce, asparagus w/ butter, green olives stuffed with garlic (yum)

    Desert--diet jello with whipped cream...

    water, water, water!

    Breakfast....1 boiled egg, L/O steak
    Lunch...Turkey Roast, small salad
    Dinner planned....Grilled chicken, Romaine and tomatoe salad
    Snack...1oz cashews, diet Mountain Dew

  • Gayle - I'm noticing that you don't eat breakfast many days. That's a BIG no-no! Breakfast gets your metabolism going. When you don't eat breakfast, your metabolism slows down, which means that the rest of the stuff you eat during the day isn't burned as well or as efficiently.
  • Thank's Jennelle for the advice. I have never been a breakfast person, but boy watch out for me as the day goes on!!! I am trying to do better though....

    WEDNESDAY 3/26 menu

    BREAKFAST: 2 sausage patties, 2 slice cheese

    LUNCH: (on the go) cheese cubes, chicken

    DINNER: Big ol' burger with mayo on top, lettuce, brocolli, olive salad with dressing

    SNACK: Pork rinds

    B--2 fried eggs and Canadian bacon, w/decaf coffee and 1/2 and 1/2

    L--chicken/mayo salad stuffed in 1/2 avocado w/ lettuce

    D--chicken and cheese salad with Girard's original dressing and 5 olives

    Water!

    You girls are keeping me OP! Just knowing I'm going to post my meals really helps.

    Lunch....1/2 of Wendy's Chicken BLT salad
    Dinner planned....Rest of my Wendy's salad L/O grilled chicken

    Lots of water today!!

    BREAKAFAST: 1 sausage patty, 1 egg, 1 slice cheese

    LUNCH: Tuna salad W/ceaser dressing

    DINNER: Wendys BLT salad w/ dressing from home

    SNACK: Cheese cubes, olives

    Deb, I must be a pig!!! I can wipe out the whole BLT salad from Wendys!!!!
