I've been stuck around 158 for over a week now.. getting frustrated! Although I wasn't exercising at all because I wasn't able to. I did stay below calorie wise but I think my body likes 158. I did a little bit of cycling today and I found it really tough again, don't think I'm fully recovered but I'll be building up some fitness again.
