    1 c Black Coffee + IP Cappuccino Drink

    Lunch:
    IP Butterscotch Pudding + Cinnamon
    Romaine Lettuce/ 1 c Cucumbers
    1 tsp EVOO/ Lemon Juice

    Dinner:
    10 oz uncooked Shrimp (shell on)/ Sea Salt
    2 c Spinach
    Miracle Noodles
    1/4 c WF Alfredo Sauce
    1 tsp EVOO

    Snack:
    IP Chocolate Raspberry Bar
    1 c English Cucumber/ Sea Salt

    1 Shredded Turnip w/Green Onions (hashbrowns)
    Crispy Cereal (pancakes)
    2 Egg Whites
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Splenda Packet
    WF Pancake Syrup

    Lunch@12pm:
    Salad w/EVOO + Apple Cider Vinegar
    IP Chicken Soup
    Poblano, Red Bell Pepper, Jalapeno, Garlic Puree

    Snack@5pm: Late snack, picking up my dad from the airport!
    Kale (Chips)
    WF Spicy BBQ Sauce
    IP Chocolate Pudding

    Dinner@8pm:
    Cauliflower (Mashed)
    Garlic Crusted Turkey Tenderloins

    Do you do the egg whites in place of the IP packet? Just curious I guess for breakfast all I have been doing was what the paper said which was a IP packet and sometimes tea. Just curious cause I get hungry mid morning and just water myself down thanks
  • Boy mine is boring compared to your menus on here, but I like to keep it simple though.

    B: peanut butter crunch bar and tea

    L: vanilla pudding shake with 2 cups spinach mixed in

    D: 8oz hamburger patty
    mixed green salad with some olvie oil, sea salt and WF dressing

    S: vanilla pudding shake mixed with my favorites of cinnamon and English toffee Stevia.

    Scrambled Eggs w/ Spinach, Salmon, Chives

    Dinner:
    Need to figure out what to do! I have the Broccoli Cheese soup, and the Potato Puree. Not what veggies sure yet...

    Snack:
    Same as dinner- NO CLUE YET!

    Just one of those days...
