I was wondering, I want to PM a new buddy, but she told me it says my private messaging is disabled. I went to options but I cannot see how to undo this or even how to send a private message to other users. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Private messaging will be automatically enabled after you have been a member for 20 days and have made at least 20 posts.
