Has anyone made this recipe...boneless skinless chicken breasts, some onion, chicken stock and cream of mushroom soup..let simmer away and enjoy. I am making this for dinner tonight and was wondering if anyone had done the points on it. I am thinking 7 points for one 4 oz piece of chicken with 1/2 cup say of sauce. ??

I have never tried it but I am sure you could break it down then decide how big a serving is and divide from there?

I ended up counting the chicken breast by itself, and then doing the same with the soup base in cup servings. Added a point for a little oil that the chicken was sauted in first with some diced onion...and enjoyed. Sometimes you just have to break it down, and know that you are doing the right thing one way or another.

Yum, that actually sounds good even though I do not like mushrooms! lol.
