I just cant eat more, I try maybe I need to throw something in that is higher calorie than I would normally eat. I didnt have a weight problem because I would overeat I just wasnt eaing healthy at the time and probably was drinking in calories what a big man eats everyday. So I looked up how to become a runner and it gives you 10week step. First week, 3x a day you walk for 5 mins, then jog for 60secs, then walk for 90sec until youve done this for 20mins....I lasted 11 mins. Its depressing. Ill try again Tuesday.
Today for me was ridiculous. I spent the whole day studying and only brought trail mix with me for the entire day. So basically all I ate today was nuts and seeds... yum. lol
I'm going to try to exercise tonight... we will see if I have time :/
