Two months ago I got a job working retail. This of course, means NO RELIABLE consistent schedule! My hours change week to week. While I am thrilled to be working again, it is frustrating because now my workouts, meal plans, etc. have gone haywire
I am thinking to get the ball rolling, I might want to use a prepackaged program that would allow me to "grab and go" so I would have what I needed for the microwave at home and work.
The one ingredient I absolutely can't stand though is bell peppers . Can someone, anyone give me a critique of the foods they received from these types of programs and how they liked the taste, price, etc??
