back on the ball.

  • A couple weeks ago I really knuckled down and decided to JUST DO IT!
    A friend of mine made the same decision and we are going together to the
    gym everyday before lunch. I have set a goal for myself to hit 5 miles on
    the elliptical everyday. And I have been hitting that goal everyday since I
    set that goal for myself last week. HOW EXCITING!! Today however is our
    designated rest day, I feel slightly lost and thrown off center because I am
    not working out. lol

    I joined Myfitnesspal to help me keep track of my work outs and food intake.
    I am finding it very helpful as far as regulating my portions so I can have a
    small snack later on if I choose to do so. I'm on the ball and feeling great!!
