Hello!!!! I'm new to Ideal Protein and I've been really excited about the idea of losing weight. I would like to lose 20-25 pounds. I've been weighing myself daily. Although, I've become frustrated because some days I don't see the scale move. I'm wondering if a person is doing the diet correctly, will they see the scale move daily or at least every two days (even if its only ounces)??? I just finished my first week and lost 2.5 pounds
!!! I'm doing the alternate program which allows three group choices. I realize I will lose at a slower pace. I'm just curious. Thank you in advance!!!!
