Hello...
I am back to SB as I am sure so many are with new year goals!
I am a veteran SB'er, and allowed myself to put on 25 pounds of 50 I lost some time back...
So hoping for ideas, support and a fresh perspective as I start PH 1 tomorrow.
Geez, I never thought I would have to lose that 25 pounds AGAIN!!!
Just gotta get started and get er' done!
