I have been stalking this board for a while reading your posts. I must say, you are all very inspiring.

I haved signed up for a consult (more of a seminar show & tell thing with food tasting) at my chiropractors on 12/28. If you join IP program that night you save some money on the products. So I plan to start January 1.

I Plan on coming back to these boards often when I start. I just felt compelled to thank you all for your inspiring words. because of you all, I am ready to start this program..

We share lots of information on here, share recipes and of course give each other TON'S of support.
