Thai fusion stir fry sauce/marinade

  • Thai fusion stir fry sauce/marinade
    • 1 Tbsp Canola or peanut oil
    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/8 Cup (2 Tbsp) Soy Sauce
    • ½ Tbsp sesame oil
    • ½ Tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp lime juice
    • 2 tsp chopped ginger
    • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter or Satay sauce

    Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix until combined.

    Enough marinade for 3 chicken breasts, ½ pound steaks/beef, or enough for a two person stir fry.

    For marinade, marinade for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). For stir fry, I'd add this to the stir fried meats/veggies toward the end of cooking.


    I've used this on chicken breasts and it was DE-LISH . Using it to make a stir fry with chicken tonight.
